Rising Literacy Foundation (R.L.F.) is an autonomous educational institution registered under the Trust Registration Act, 1882 (Govt. of West Bengal) and recognized by the Government of India.

Enrollment in courses is open to all individuals meeting the specified eligibility criteria for each program.

3. Courses & Certification

R.L.F. offers computer education, digital literacy, vocational training, and related programs.
Certificates issued by R.L.F. are Government-registered and recognized at the national level, subject to successful completion of exams and requirements.
Misuse, duplication, or tampering with certificates/ID cards will result in legal action.

4. Fees & Payments

All course fees must be paid as per the official fee structure.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the course is cancelled by R.L.F.
R.L.F. is not responsible for any payment made to unauthorized persons or third parties.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students must follow the rules, regulations, and code of conduct prescribed by R.L.F.
Academic integrity is expected at all times—cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation will lead to disqualification.
Students are responsible for keeping login details (Student Portal, Admit Card access, etc.) secure.

6. Use of Website & Student Portal

The content of the R.L.F. website is for informational and educational purposes only.
Unauthorized use, data scraping, or attempt to breach the website/portal security is strictly prohibited.
R.L.F. may suspend or restrict access in case of violation of terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

While R.L.F. strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all website content, schedules, or announcements are error-free.
R.L.F. is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, third-party services, or misuse of information.
